I have an update to this position. I now have approval to hire two people. One will be for Monday-Friday, 8AM-5PM, the other will be Saturday and Sunday 8AM-5PM and on call from 5PM-8AM every day. The on-call person must live within 30 minutes of the office, and must agree to remain within 30 minutes during all on-call hours. The salary for each position is $200-$250 per month, depending on experience and skills. At least one person will have to be on call 365 days per year, including the major holidays, but will be paid overtime if actually called in during a holiday.
